The Estates, Tijuana

It is a residential development projected over approximately 34 hectares with 123 ranch-style houses, each with an average lot area of 2,000 m2. The goal was to design large lots with a restriction on the placement of constructions to maintain a balance between buildings and open space.

The main circuit, secondary streets, and pedestrian walkways were designed with pleasant curves and slopes following the natural topography, guiding residents on their journey to discover the places and views of the development.
