Built in 1944, this property was the former residence of Maximino Ávila Camacho, brother of President Manuel Ávila Camacho. His ambition to become a successor led him to initiate a project to build a house worthy of a president. The current development was carried out in collaboration with the talented architects of Ambrosi Etchegaray, who participated in the sixteenth Venice Architecture Biennale and were recognized by Architectural Record as Design Vanguard 2017 and Emerging Voices 2015. The interior design is handled by the prestigious firm Bernardi + Peschard, which has over 20 years of experience in interior design, landscaping, and construction, ensuring a sophisticated and welcoming style in every corner.
