The project involves, on one hand, the intervention of a historic building in order to preserve, restore, and rehabilitate it for mixed use of commerce and housing, as well as an expansion with a residential purpose. All of this considering that all units, both residential and service, will have natural ventilation and lighting. In total, there will be 5 levels with 13 exclusive apartments and 4 commercial spaces that will bring life to the mansion that was built in the early 20th century. The sale of the apartments is by fraction.
