Carey Tulum Condos, Tulum

The residential village CAREY is made up of 51 apartments. The composition of the complex arises from the reinterpretation of the construction method of pre-Hispanic architecture of the Mayan culture, which is made up of a base and platforms on the following levels. The scheme consists of two parallel modules that contain a void between them, within which a garden full of vegetation is generated, crossed by an axis from which connections to the apartments emerge through bridges.
